It is common. It looks like a smaller version of adult whiteheads. One of the safest treatments is ionic colloidal silver.
Medium Acne
Pustules, more commonly called "blind pimples" are one of the most aggravating types of acne. You fee a pimple coming on. The skin is sore, raised in a pimple-sized lump, and the skin can be red or pale pink. You itch to pop them, but don't. That might make things worse. You have to let them go on their own course.
